Meet Rebecca.

Rebecca has been in and around hospitality businesses for the last seventeen years, mainly in the wonderful and complex world of cafes. Starting her own espresso bar in Sydney at the age of 24, after years of working with hospitality mentors, was a definite baptism of fire. At one frightening point, it did catch on fire. Lessons were hard-earned and, at times, soul crushing, but what eventuated was a crash course in designing, refining and growing a successful, and inevitably enjoyable, business. These lessons are what she hopes to impart to others.

When chatting to clients about starting up businesses common threads seem to be:

// There’s never enough hours in the day

// As an owner, you wear a lot of hats (accounting, HR, BDM, customer relations etc) even though you may only be good at (or like) one of those things

// Owning is a lonely game

Through her framework - Design, Refine, Grow - Rebecca aims to meet owners where they’re at with one-on-one sessions, to work on all facets of their business, offering guidance, advice and support.

After a couple more start-ups, Rebecca realised that her passion was helping other small-business owners to thrive. Getting them from a place of stagnation or overwhelm (or both) and guiding them to success - not just financially but emotionally, physically and in their overall lives.

She’s available to chat all things ‘small business’ through consultations or can partner with entrepreneurs for bigger projects. Get in touch.

“Bec is a pleasure to work with. She takes the time to understand you, your business and what you’re trying to achieve…she magically conjures up the fit out and aesthetics you have been dreaming of and makes them a reality. Really takes the stress out of what is usually a stressful process. Loved working with Bec and would highly recommend to anyone.”
